Briana Ranglas (Prince) is VP of Marketing and Sales and a seasoned escrow expert. With a passion for helping others succeed, she combines her industry and marketing knowledge of 11 years to empower her clients to achieve their goals. From navigating complex transactions to crafting engaging social media content, she is here to support realtors every step of the way. Outside of Briana’s business she enjoys golfing, volleyball, traveling, and being the best dog mom!

Randa Dehaan is a mortgage loan officer based in San Diego, CA where she was born and raised. She specializes in educating both realtors and homebuyers on the financing portion of real estate. Before getting into the industry in September 2021, she worked in retail banking for four years, so guiding people through finances is what she’s best at! Her goal is to be a resource to both her realtor partners and clients by helping them build generational wealth through real estate with excellent communication skills and transparency. Outside of business, Randa is a dog mom to a French bulldog named Luna, enjoys spending time outside and staying active. She is so grateful to connect with you!
